For about 2 years or so I have heard that the owner of HDR (John) was buying or building a hotel somewhere in Colombia (Cartagena?). The rumor was that he intended to make it a Hotel/casino with chicas hanging around just like HDR. Haven't heard anything in awhile. Has anyone else?
