Does anybody have a list of the 2008 rates at the Prez (with CRT discount) for the various types of rooms?

I can't find it. Thanks

The Cuse looks good this year, they should be there. 3 freshmen starting, so they will be up and down but they have 2 of the best freshmen in the country.

I watched the game last night and the Cuse does have some impressive freshman (especially the point guard).

Just booked the Presidente for an upcoming stay. What is the best way to get the CRT discount applied? Should I email them (I've already reserved my room), or just mention the discount when checking in.

Any advice is appreciated. Thx.

I'm pretty sure you need to tell them while booking. Email them ASAP and give them your confirmation number, so they can apply the discount. If you wait till check-in, everybody at reception will pretend they don't know what you are talking about.

Email them: sales@hotel-presidente.com

Yes, you do need to tell them you're a CRT member when you make the reservation, they have to confirm your handle with Admin1.

Thanks guys. Wasn't sure with all the commotion about the hotel's chica policy, if mentioning CRT would help or hurt my chances of actually getting a reservation there. Not so easy getting a room there. Appreciate the help.

The high season is here, and the Prez is very popular, so that's why getting a room on relatively short notice is going to be difficult, not because you're a CRT member. For my Feb. trip I tried to book a junior suite for nine nights back in December and was only able to get three, luckily the last three nights of the trip so it worked out well.

You need to inform them at the reservation. The front desk guys just see it as a corporate discount.

I wrote back to the reservations lead, and he honored the discount with no problem. Now I'll know for the future. Thanks again.

Was lucky to get the Grand Spa Suite I was after for all but one night of my reservation! So, it sounds like some bubbles and chicas will be in order - if I can get them past security!

Only about $22 over what you should pay in CR. And for a hotel that will give you a hard time about your "guest" as well.

What we "should" pay? Is there an official hotel rate in CR?

Different people like different level of hotels. Some are ok with budget places, while others prefer something more upscale.
