While half the respondents to this thread completely missed the point of the original post (it is not a survey of which you prefer, but half you guys ignored that and started stating preferences...), Bilko has the right answer.

Large boobs are made of fat. Therefore, if you want bigger tetas, she's going to be a little meatier, unless of course the parts are made of silicone or saline bags.

Many women in the Del Rey have fake boobs. BTW, many are insulted if you comment on the surgery. Better to just compliment their nice breasts.

Now, after razzing you preference guys... :P

I don't like bolt-ons simply because the surgery to augment the breasts usually involves scraping off the nipple and building a cosmetic nipple from flesh, making the areolae by tattooing. Thus, the nipples are no longer erogenous. You can nibble and kiss the fake nips all day long and it won't thrill her.

Some minor augmentation procedures do not involve moving the nipple, but such procedures are rare. Augmented breasts are cosmetic, nothing more.

Thankfully, many girls in C.R., particularly the thicker ones, have bigger breasts, which BTW look excellent in a push-up or WonderBra. :D

Natural for me. I actually turned down a Tica on my last trip because she had large bolt-ons. Her expression was priceless. She was so proud of them, and just couldn't wrap her brain around the idea that someone would not go with her because she had plastic tits. She seemed a bit shocked, if not offended...and stormed off.

What the hell - as long as this thread has been dredged up...

I have a simple rule - you got silicone, you don't get my money. But if I ever saw an attractive thinner girl with large natural "D"'s or bigger (they do seem few and far between), I'd scoop her up faster than you could say "casaba"... :D

My novia (NOT a program girl) has recently been entertaining the idea of bolt-ons....I hate them. So I was interested in EC's recent post in this thread.

I did a quick internet search and discovered the study below. I find it interesting how they worded their conclusions...The most important thing to the researchers were that the 2 procedures did equal damage, :!: :?:   so Plastic surgeons should feel comfortable counseling patients that augmentation mammaplasty by either the inframammary or periareolar approach results in no discernible differences in sensory outcomes. :?: Oh...and BTW women who choose very large implants relative to their breast skin envelopes should be warned about potential adverse sensory sequelae within the nipple-areola complex. :!:

SHEESH!!!!!!!!!!!

http://www.plasreconsurg.com/pt/re/prs/ ... 45!8091!-1

Results: Primary augmentation mammaplasty was found to have a statistically significant negative effect on sensory outcomes when nonoperated controls were compared with women who had undergone augmentation mammaplasty via either the periareolar or inframammary approach. No differences in sensory outcomes were found between the two approaches used. Implant volume was found to be highly predictive of sensory outcomes, with an inverse relationship between implant size and the degree of sensitivity within the nipple-areola complex.

Conclusions: Plastic surgeons should feel comfortable counseling patients that augmentation mammaplasty by either the inframammary or periareolar approach results in no discernible differences in sensory outcomes. Furthermore, women who choose very large implants relative to their breast skin envelopes should be warned about potential adverse sensory sequelae within the nipple-areola complex.
