3 of us are planning a trip to CR late September.....looking into booking the 3 bedroom suite at the Del Ray.
If anyone has stayed in these rooms...any information would very much be appreciated.

While I have not stayed in the suite, I know quite a bit about it. A guy that used to post here frequently, Hornswogger would come down 3 or 4 times a year with a couple of buddies and they would always stay in the suite. Since I was friendly with them, I attended many wild parties in the suite.
I has a living room with french doors leading out to the patio which is about as big as the entire suite. The views from here are fantastic. There are 3 separate bedrooms leading off the living area. If I remember, there is a seperate entrance for one of the rooms. It's not ultra modern but the funiture is adequate. There is no air conditioning - ceiling fans do fine.
I think the price was a little high, but split 3 ways, not a big issue.

I stayed there with my two borthers. Each room has an entrance, private bathroom, etc. It is essencially a suite, with two connecting bedrooms. One bedroom was smaller than the other two. The space is comfortable, but you do not get more luxury for staying in the suite.

One of the rooms was uncomfortably smelling like cigarate smoke! The smoke odor from the casino seemed to end there (on the sixth floor).

Me and two buddies have it booked for next May. I go down 3 to 4 time a year and my buddies can only make it down once a year. We are booking it so we can have a party with a bunch of the girls.
