Not exactly but close. There were two of them they had come into town from outlying area on the bus had made no money and it was late at night win I ran across them. It was not free I did buy them some dinner and breakfast. I gave them $35 so they could get home.

It does not cost anything to set on a bench in front of of the national theater and watch a unique culture walk by. Most hotels offer free computer use. Some hotels offer a free breakfast. It doesn't cost anything to set in the lobby of the Del Rey and look at the girls. It could be that I just have a very low threshold of entertainment.
