There's a couple small hotels/motels in Flamingo Beach that you can get for as little as $29 per night. Just a bed and bathroom. But they're usually booked during peak season. Most of the chica's that work at Amberes live in Playa Portrero or Brasilito. If you take them back to your hotel in Tamarindo, expect to pay a premium for both the chica and the taxi ride back.
Once again, do a search on Flamingo, and you'll find all the info you need.
