Good morning Headed down to Jaco staying near the cocal from May 11th thru 15th. Im trying to get a workout in outside the 'Hip Thrust' that seem to be the norm. I looked up Platinum gym. Does anyone have any information on this gym (guest fee, hours, exact location etc). Or any other gyms (hotel facilities) I might be able to use. |

If 'near the Cocal' means in the Vista del Mar condos, you are in luck. Right by the private condo pool is a workout room that has a surprising variety of high quality dumbbells. There are also a couple of machines like bicycle and jogging as well. It is only for the condo guests but I'm sure there is a way to sneak in there  There is a gym on the south side of town on the second floor of a small retail shopping center but I don't have any more info than it is there. |
