I have been to Sheraton Escazu and Sleep inn San Jose.
What other casinos have Craps?

I don't know of any others that have craps. I have played in Colonial Casino (Sleep Inn). Some of the dealers are weak on the math in payouts. Watch them closely to make sure you get paid at the correct odds.

Crocs in jaco has a decent crap game there but drinks are no longer free unless you get the local beer

That's boring.

You gotta spead chips all over the board. Then when the dice roll a 7 you see all your chips disappear in one fall swoop. I usually bet wrong (don't pass line/against the point) so I'm hated at the table by all the people betting the pass line and point.
