Hi guys,
My buddy and I would like to find a fun Cigar Bar (other than HLH which we love) within a taxi cab drive of the Gulch to go to after dinner and before we paint the town. What are your reccommendations please. I really don't want to walk into a dead Cigar Club and be the only two people there at 5pm or 8pm at night. thanks. Are there any Hookah bars?

Thanks guys

There is a guy on here that is a CRT VIP sponsor: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=42500 . The place is in Escazu. I can't vouch for the place, but if you really need a cigar, you may as well check his place out.

Hi Guys!

We are located in the Escazu Area of San Jose. Its about 20 minutes in a taxi from the Del Rey.

The exact direction is:
Centro Comercial El Cortijo
En frente de Plaza Los Laureles
Escazu, San Jose

We have big stickers that say 9N Tobacco Shop & Private Lounge on the front.

We are open daily from 3pm until 12am.

Looking forward to seeing you!

9N Staff

Went to the 9N bar yesterday(Saturday). Its a nice looking bar and nice set up. My father brought a cigar there, but the cigar was stale. Dont know why, but it was.

No disrespect Rahsta, but stale can be good. Ex: I always use stale bread when stuffing a turkey

Can we get back to talking about CIGARS here?
Stale jokes may be funny to a few but cigars are serious business.
And you really should use dried bread for the turkey not stale bread.

Suggestion Calhoun: after you stuff your bird with "dried" bread, finish off with 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn and truss bird. The turkey is perfectly cooked when the ass blows off the turkey.

Just reading that, in a serious thread, makes me wonder why anyone has questions as to why CRT is fading away into oblivion.

Does every post outside of the Smack Talk & Fun Stuff thread have to be stone-cold serious ???? I don't think so.

It seems to me that Calhoun and WiseAsh were enjoying a little banter among cigar fans.

If I'm wrong, I have every confidence that Admin 3 will jump in to censor their posts.

That is exactly why Tomas established the "Smack Talk & Fun Stuff" section. It was thought that it would keep serious threads serious and still allow some levity and smack talk among members.

I love the 9N cigar bar, great products and friendly service. With everything sometime you get a bad one, maybe it started out that way at the factory or what ever. Just let them know and it will be corrected. Have you checked out their site?

Next time your in the Escazu area please come back to 9N with your father and we will gladly offer you a free cigar to show that we are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction.

Just talk to Zach and show him this post and show proof that you are Rahsta here on the forum.

We always want to make sure everyone is happy at 9N!
