(506) 2777-3365 Hertz Quepos used to rent bikes, maybe 100 meters south of the Church, not sure if they have the one you need. That would be quite the daunting adventure and a long ride, I've been in that peninsula 3x, but I'm sure you thought it thru. I wouldn't do it via bike but I am Captain Careful also known as Worry Wart. Admire your nerve.

You can also try Lynch Travel, a decades old agency in Quepos, they can arrange almost anything or at least steer you. Or talk to your hotel desk mgr, usually they are from Quepos all their lives so they will know who's renting. Moto's as they call them are hugely popular by necessity for 90% of the the mgr's who don't/can't rely on the bus to get them back to the hotel muy rapido.

Don't know about Jaco other then you are adding another hour and a half via moto.

I'd sincerely would love to read your trip report.

There is an ATV tour place called AXR Extreme Rides that rents dirt bikes. It is located on the main drag in Jaco toward the southern end just south of Mas X Menos on the east side of the main road. They also rent jet skis and do a fantastic ATV tour. The price on the site for a dirt bike is $90 a day or $360 a week. Here is a link to their site: http://axrjaco.net/

Whatever you do, be careful on a motorcycle here, it is dangerous!

Agree with all this. AXR has been in biz for a long time--no fly-by-night.

Thought I'd tested it before Posting--my bad. I guess that trek I mentioned was through my links.
