And I'm not talking about riding Mount Camel Toe.... That I get enough of from my tica wife, and need something that gets me in shape.
I know there is tons of downhill mountain biking in CR. You know - go really fast downhill - and wear serious protection. The locals love it and own it. I imagine tourists do it too. I'm probably not in my prime and prefer some hard XC (small ups and downs, heavier climbs and downs, hard curves and jumps). And, I also have a XC bike not meant for steep drops. Has anyone found good/fun trails like this? I'm heading to Esterillos and know there are trails that lead to Puriscal, but not sure if this is boring gravel road biking or harder stuff. Thoughts?
