I'll be at plays Hermosa from the 6th till the 10th. Been wanting to get some fishing in.Atleast 1day.

would that be Hermosa near Coco Palms and Tamarind ?

so far it is myself and one other traveling out of san jose. we usually try to target the bite with some phone calls and fishing reports a couple of days before. if the bill fish are slow on the Pacific, then we go to tortugero area on the caribbean and usually catch some big tarpon.

It's near Jaco. I'll check arround this trip to see what is offered as far as boats and services. Would like to land a sail and maybe something for the BBQ

check out "HOOS YOUR DADDY" and Captain Dana Thomas out of Los Suenos. we have fished with him on several occassions with good results. we usually only target bill fish, but again are flexible.

And then there's the Quepos fleet, an hour south by car from Hermosa, bigger selection of boats, cheaper, just a thought. Same waters I would think, so an hour out to blue water?
