According to "EHow Health" this is the average price charged for a cleaning. Note this is routine cleaning only and makes no mention of a fluoride treatment being included in the cost.

Regular Cleaning Ranges from $50 to $135
Dentists set their dental cleaning fees based on where their practice is, according to Carter. That means that fees can vary by region. Nevertheless, a range exists as a national average, and regional prices will most likely be within that range. The national average for a teeth cleaning typically ranges from $50 to $135.
