Hola guys...I know this is a proper forum for this question, and I seek someone's assistance. My wife and I are getting divorced...she is filing in FL and we are doing an uncontested variety (meaning no K*ds, or property, and we have already settled on paper all material things we will be dividing, and support for a length of time). My lawyer is saying that I need to go to Florida for the final hearing (I live in Panama and think this is BS). Do we have any FL attorneys here that can help me out with this question? I would like to avoid a trip to the US especially during the holiday time? |

Papi, I am no lawyer and needless to say I don't live in Panama, Now I think and based on info here, there may be a possibility for you do all paper work through the US consulate in Panama. Again I am not sure but it is a good option to check on. Mente. |
