Post subject:  New Stadium a bust for concerts
Well, the stadium may be built and thought of as a huge draw for international artists to finally visit and play Costa Rica. However, Shakira didn't have a lot of luck with bungled acoustics, bungled microphone levels and a lot of other problems that left the crowd booing for a lot of the short 1 1/2 hour concert, with no other performers... Concert ended up being an hour shorter than the delay in beginning the show :roll: :roll:

It's got to be a lot better than the Autodromo La Guacima (racetrack) in Alajuela, where Aerosmith played last June!

Man, That is to bad I was really hoping that it would be a great new venue?

Do they feel it is fixable?

From what was written sounds like it might more have been on Shakiras end??? Mike issues and such?

It is not just this one - no stadium is any good for a concert. Music halls and honkey tonks places like that fine, but even Texas Stadium is just not very good for a concert. Stadiums are for sports. Just my opinion.
