Was wondering if any of the Brothers have gone on any of the dirt bike tours offered near San Jose. Would like info on the one day tours as the evenings in San Jose are just too good to be away from. Was looking into the tours given by Wild Rider http://www.wild-rider.com/ any info would be helpful and Imperials are always offered!!! |

A friend of mine and I rented 2 bikes and a guide (one of the owners) for a day about 4 years ago from Wild Riders. Had a blast. |

I have been talking to Horsten...with a name like that he has to be a former motocrosser....glad for the good recommendation Hugo...been wanting to get into those hills in the dirt...then back into the city for the usual nightime activities. Good thing LaAmistad does free laundry. |

Not much really off road but mostly fire roads unless he has come up with something different. We went all the way to the pacific and back in the one day and rarely say any pavement on the way down. If you have a lot of experience as my friend and I have the riding is not challenging but was a hoot just the same. The ride back from Jaco we stuck to the highway as we spent so much time riding there. It was raining and all of us are X racers we made the ride back interesting using the traffic for fun. |

You guys are gonna kill me. I'm turning 45 soon, haven't riden dirt bike in at least 8 years. I didn't know that had moto-rental-tours! I did the quad runners had a blast. Guess I'll soon break a few bones on a dirt bike riding in the rainy season. Ok, so a broken arm isn't gonna kill me. this is some good info. : ) |
