BK as I start planning my vacations this year I have one in Oct, and I started thinking where I want to stay and since its in Oct. I think I want to stay at the Dunn since the casino will be open...now my questions for you
1. are you doing anything for the players who stay at your hotel ?
2. for us real table players ....non of us like the fact that we might be on the tables for more than 4 hours a day and receive nothing for our play
3. no hotel that I know of offers anything when it comes to earning comps for play (you could be the first and change the way hotels that have a casino in san jose do business)
4. what we want most is room comps
5. food or drinks ....for san jose just isnt a big deal or a deal maker (hotel comps or the player discount ...will be the one that will change the power of the hotel picks for some of the members on the site)
6. Bill really was the first to start....stay 4 days or more and get 20% its nice and on my next trip its why I picked the sportmens at with a 7 night stay it = 's to about a free night there
7. those hours of 1 to 5 in the afternoon are the hours I enjoy playing and if I received comps ....I would play where they are offered ...
8.I looked (hope I didnt miss that someone asked about this already) but maybe you have something planned
9. I would think someone will say ...play enough and get a free bj or something like that....you wont do that and really it all comes back to getting the room comped or a good discount
10. there are tons of ways to build in the comp.....hours on tables ....amount of buy ins.....must stay 4 nights or more .....must be a avg. of $25 a hand (high for san jose ...maybe avg.$15 a hand)
11. since no hotel is doing anything.....you doing something ...is a big deal

We will have a formalized comp plan related to both Poker and Blackjack. It will be tied to hours and avg bet similar to Vegas systems. I am still formalizing the ratios. With that being sais please all that read this remember it is not based on how much you lost but avg bet times hours at the table. For example, A $5 a bet Blackjack player who plays average strategy is only woth about $10 an hour to a casino.

I do guarantee that I will quantify it for you so you know what the deal is.

We also will have full service sports and horse betting during all hours we are open.

yes, we have a full sportsbook facility for sports and horse racing. There will be a desk wiht all the lines and you place a bet, get a ticket and are paid at games end if you win, just like a little vegas sportbook. It will be open all the hours the lounge is open. we will also have about 15 flat screens and all the possible satellites for sports programming.

We currently already have the Sportsbook setup, you just have to see me directly at the Dunn Inn.

And I may be reading more into it than is there, but I do believe they consider the basis of the lies to be justified."
