I'm a newbie and this is my first post. I am making my first trip to CR in November, and have reserved a fishing charter out of Jaco. Its just me, and since I have paid for a boat that accomodates six or more, I thought I'd offer three spots to anyone else on the board who wants an all day deep sea fishing trip. I won't accept any contribution--just let me know you're showing up, bring ticas and liquor (beer provided by chartering, but feel free to bring more really cold), and promise you'll be good company! Trip date is November 16 with Costa Rica Fishing Charters. I'm staying at Copa night before, so we'll leave early. And thanks to all who have really helped make me look forward to my first CR trip with all the great posts and info. Thanks

I was planning my first trip also, having a fishing buddy would be reason #3,745 to go. I had planned to check out Los Suenos anyway, I've been keeping up with developements there for a year.

My sealegs are proven, surviving dozens of times dodging gaffs while marlin fishing in Venezuela (La Guaira) and sidestepping a few (not all!) ugly-ass chicas at the local bar at night there. If you need references don't call my first wife or her lawyer. There was this chica hermosa that would say I'm good on a boat, but in all honesty she was drunk and it was mt first phuck of that trip...
