I responded to another poster's question about Metallica tickets in a separate thread but wanted to post this for easier searching results.

Listening to the radio on my way home from work the other day I heard Evan Luck mention www.todoticketcr.com as an online option for purchasing tickets in Costa Rica.

I have not personally tried it but wanted to share the info.
