It is difficult to determine if action exists in Nosara, Flamingo, and Montezuma. From what I can determine from reading the posts, there is no action in Montezuma. In Nosara, there is some mention of a bar called Beatle Bar but am unsure if it still exists or if it is similiar to the same named bar in Jaco.

Also, does Flamingo have any action? I know that Flamingo is about 20 miles from Tamarindo. How realistic is it to go to Tamarindo to pick up a chica and take her back to Flamingo?

Action in Flamingo is limited, very limited. There's only one chica bar in town called Amberes. Some nights there's 5 or 6 chica's, some nights there's none. And don't expect 9's or 10's. In Tamarindo, there's a couple bars / casino's on the main strip where P4P can be found, but they usually start with an opening offer of $150. Naturally that's negotiable, but they know all about "supply & demand", so if there's lotsa sausage around, you're gonna pay! Taking them from Tamarindo to Flamingo shouldn't be a problem, but again - you're gonna pay. Taxi runs about $25 - $30 each way and they know it.

IMO, if your sole purpose is mongering, you're in the wrong part of the country unless you've got plenty of local favorita's in your little black book. You can always find luvin' if you're looking for it, but don't go with great expectations. Of course, YMMV.

It would be better (and cheaper) to bring your own from San Jose. These places may have chicas but very few and not very good looking for the most part, and you'll wish they only charged cien. With taxi, it will easily cost you $200+. A couple of years ago, a friend of ours talked to a couple chicas in Amberes in Flamingo. They were the only ones in the place and about 6-8 guys (nobody seemed to be buying). They quoted him $300 each.

I stayed in Flamingo a couple weeks ago at a cheapie hotel going up the hill from Ambers, the gal on the desk said she had friends she could introduce us to. Didn't take her up on it, but instead of going with the hard core chicas, I'd try connecting with a local and see what happens. Personally, I like the part timers.
