Dose anyone know a cheap place to stay at Playa Samara? Also, do you know where the girls hang out? I was there with my girlfriend, a couple of years ago, for a week. Stayed in a nice place with a pool. Nice Beach Town, my favorite. Looking for a cheap place for a couple of guys to do some mongering. SEAHAWK |

Seahawk...I went there a couple months back and found very little of appeal. Was going to spend the night...but even the dumpy looking places wanted over $60 night with no air, bar, etc. Saw some young cute girls...but mostly teenage surfer dudesses from European ports. Saw NO Mongering action. For my money and time...I'd find more action in Puerto Viejo on the Caribbean side. Let me know if you discover otherwise...always willing to learn. |

Just got back from Playa Samara. We took our own Ticas. Hotel wit pool , Cable TV. Air. breakfest, $40 a night with taxes. This is the nicest beach in CR. 4 1/2 hour buss ride. Very few people ( low season). Food is a little pricey. Take your own girl. This was my second trip. SEAHAWK |
