Last year - yes, my last visit to SJO was last year, horrible, I know - many of the CRT'ers were playing at the Clarion.

Now with BKTuna busy at the Dunn and they're not opeing their Casino till May at earliest, where are you guys playing these days? Still at the Clarion? Or elsewhere.

Please advise. I like to know that when I lose a hand it is at least going to a CRT member.

I just got back a few weeks ago, and I spent most of my time playing the 1-2 tables at either the DR, Colonial, or Horseshoe. Shouldnt have any problems finding a few CRT blokes in either.

I don't play often, but when I do I seem to end up playing at the Del Rey. They have a $1-2 game most every day starting around 5pm. It's the classiest room with comfortable chairs. They also have he best viewing of chicas.

Are there any tournaments like the three a week they used to have at the Clairon. those with a set buy in from around 50 to 100 US?

I don't think they have tournaments in the gulch anymore, I think it's all cash now pretty much. Maybe the Clarion still does but it's been dead in Oct. I spoke to the guy who runs Horseshoe and he was saying that they are planning to bring in another table and hold small tourneys.

The best place for tourney is Ramada Herradura on the highway to the airport. They have tourney's and cash games for all levels (small colones blinds to big games).

I agree that HDR has awesome chairs, you can get real comfortable there, especially with the scenery. I just wish that separator wall was lower.
