As I predicted earlier,Ms Chinchilla has relented on what was a BAD idea from the beginning. As of tomorrow,Sept 1st ,casinos will open at 11am instead of 3pm. For those of you who stay up late and gamble.......they will continue to close at 5am.

I think I posted on this in another thread. As strange as it seems the Colonial and the Fiesta in Alauela are open from 11am to 5am. However the DR and the Horseshoe are still opening at 3pm. I think it has something to do with the change has been "proposed" to the Legislature but not voted on yet. Diffeent casinos have different interpretations.
