What a great find! It would be nice to have an English option but very useable as is. I really enjoyed Tortuguero on my first trip to CR and plan to go back as an individual (my first was a Caravan.com eco-trip). |

I loved Tortugaro, too. I was there with my wingman two weeks ago. We did an econo trip, took bus (first ever air conditioned in Costa Rica), stayed at nice local hotel a block from the beach for two nights, did a 5 hour snorkeling tour to Torgugaro, returned to San Jose on bus, all for less than $150 each including beer and meals. (bus $20 round trip, $40 each for double occupancy cabin with two full beds, AC, cable, hot water, quiet secure setting, $45 snorkeling tour, the rest was beer and meals for 2.5 days).
