I am planning a trip to Costa Rica in February and there will be a world cup qualifying match at Saprissa (vs Honduras) while I am in town. Of course, I am hoping to go! Does anyone have any suggestions? How to get tickets, when to go, etc... Thanks in advance! |

A few yrs back I went to see the game between CR and the USA. I went to the stadium about a week before the game and bought tickets from a guy on the street. Honduras has a great team and this game will be very important in who qualifies for the world cup. My guess is CR will finish fourth and will have to play a 1 game playoff to get into the world cup. |

I have been invited to the game as well as the March (?) game vs Mexico. That is the day I will be a HUGE Costa Rica futbol fan ! I will ask my Tico bud's and get some of your answers for you. As far as the Honduras game, look me up before then, I will be going also EdB |
