Guys, While my friends and I are going to charter a boat one day, I am a much more dedicated angler than them. Does anyone have advice on fishing in the aforementioned areas or where I might find some reports? Many thanks. |

If you are talking about fishing off the beach, I have friends that catch snook a good bit.... Around most any of the river mouths you should have luck... They have cast nets and catch finger mullet for bait... |

ThirdWorld, Thanks. Snook would be nice. I won't be bringing any of my castnets, but, you can still catch snook on artificials. Tight lines! Impulsive4 |

I have never seen any gringos surf fishing but my buddy has a hotel on playa bejuco and every morning there is a bunch of ticos out there |

haha I think I'm gonna get out in the next few days and do it Tico style. I've got a yo yo and I'm gonna hand line it in the surf. We'll see how that goes. |
