Hey everyone,

Where does everyone think is the best place to play a cash game (or tournament) of Texas Hold'em Poker?

So far, I've been reading the posts about Club M and Horseshoe (Binions). Any other places?

Thanks in advance.

Hotel Amon Plaza. The guy who ran the game at the Horseshoe has moved over to join BKTuna at the Amon Plaza casino. I do not think the game at the Hotel M ever really got off the ground.

Irish Drifter is right. The Amon Plaza game is the best around.

They have a daily NL $1/2 and $2/5 cash games, and tourneys on Thursdays and Sundays I believe, if not other days as well.

CRT member BKTuna is the person in charge of the games so you may want to contact him with any questions, but first read the threads here.

We have daily 2-5 and 1-2 Nl games starting from 3pm. We have a Sunday tourney at 2pm $55 with one rebuy, we have recently added a $100 Saturday tourney at 6pm and a 20,000 colones Monday tourney at 8pm.

The combination of adding the former Horsehoe team along with the closing of the Radisson poker room has helped us get to a "critical mass" where we have good action daily.

Is that place real smoky like most casinos ?

There is no smoking at the poker tables themselves, but people do smoke in close proximity. But really, it's not as bad as sitting at a blackjack table with some asshole blowing smoke in your face.
