Here's an update:

The manager we talked to named Frank said that the above was done as a one time promotion with CRT (last september's party) and is not an ongoing promotion. However the cocktails are free when playing, and all new members to the horseshoe club get a one time free ace. Additionally you can get a $25 match coupon every day. There is no food voucher as there is no longer a kitchen.

He also said that the topless black jack is very popular. There were two very full tables of players and two amply talented dealers upstairs on the 3rd floor when I looked in on the game. It has a $100 buy-in and a $10 minimum (I went back down to the first floor lower 2,000 colone/$5 minimum table).

I too talked to Frank, USA owner. Nice to talk to. I went to the 3rd floor on a Sunday night and no one was playing, so all were clothed. I'm an idiot, but I left to get to bed early for a 6 AM rainforest tour. If I had stayed they may have all stripped to the waist right on the spot, as Frank said its only topless when people are playing. Looks like a fun room. 4-5 girls there waiting for some action. . 3 were dealers ready to go. Open Wed -Sun nights after 6 PM. I will be back to see -----------10 more days here. Cheap game at 10 dollars and the 25 coupon is nice of them. Get in / get out. I am an idiot. Should I go back right now? lol

Well, as promised I will report on this. Frank is a super nice guy, but never many people in this casino he manages. 3 rd floor is Thurs - Sunday and after 6Pm. Cash in a hundred at the table and play 10 dollar hands of Black Jack 21 No Big..Topless means netted 2 inch square tops with visible tits. Not blowin in the wind. Broke even and left in an hour, mildly entertained, but not Franks fault. I hope he finds the niche that makes the Horseshoe work. He has some cuties on the front porch that attract attention. Nice quiet super clean club that allows cigar smoking while gambling.

I'm not that nice. If it happened the way you described it, what else do you want to call it? The cock-suckers are a bunch of cheaters.

I have played and always had good luck at the Horseshoe. If you had any issues you should have contacted Frank right away. Or at least sent a email. I have a feeling the tico help will pull as much shit as possible if they are not being watched constantly. They are not big picture thinkers anyway, and unhappy customers resulting in fewer players and less revenue never enters thier minds. Let us know what Franks response is.

my only issue is that I had bad luck there.
