Post subject:  No More Free Drinks in Casinos!!!
Some girlfriends that work in casinos are pissed since the government passed a law earlier this month stating that casinos will only be allowed to operate from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The bad news for you guy: Casinos will no longer be allowed to serve free drinks!!!

This law should take effect in May.

I wonder how will this affect Hotel del Rey???

the part that i find most repulsive is that it's technically not a law, just a presidential decree, that will go into effect as soon as it is published in la gazeta. the casinos will have 6 months to comply.

i asked my fiancee about it today, she's tica, and she had no idea about it at all. it is weird that this decree isn't being publicized, and even weirder that such a decree could be passed, just because the president and the security minister wanted it.
