I wanted to bet on the NHL Playoffs, so decided I'd open a BetCris account since they are here in Sabana. I opened my account, funded it with a Costa Rican creditcard (Banco Nacional) and placed a few bets. Today I logged in to check on my Devils/Rangers bet and was not able to. The login page gave me the error 'contact support'. I did so and after asking support why I couldn't login, they informed me you cannot place bets from Costa Rica. OK, though I inform them that it's a bit ridiculous they let me signup in the first place, add funds via a Costa Rican card, and then later block my access without so much as an email. They reply 'Sir watch your language'. I didn't know 'ridiculous' was bad language now LOL. I ask them to show me where on their website it states I cannot bet from Costa Rica and they have no answer. They immediately end my session. I open live chat again and inform them I wasn't done yet. I ask how do I get my money back ($1500) if I cannot access my account and they tell me 'You have no money'. Now, this is bordering on fraud and theft! I tell the agent, how about I and some friends come down to your office located in Sabana, pasting her the exact address. She says wait. She then tells me her supervisor says because it was a card from Costa Rica the transaction will be cancelled. It takes me about ten minutes for them to tell me it will be about 3-4 business days before I see the charge vanish from my statement. They close by telling me that it's MY FAULT - LOL! - because I did everything Online. If I had called them and not used the website, they would have told me right away I can't place bets from Costa Rica. All I have to say is they better have my charge cancelled plus their fees (I'm calling BNCR tomorrow to dispute the charge of course) or I will pay them a visit. Of course I've heard the strong arm tactics such places can employ, so would I be right to bring armed friends with me or even La Policia (I have some friends who work as cops here). What do you guys think? Do any of their staff post here by any chance?! Lastly, Phuck BetCris and I hope they get DDOSed real soon. |

This is CR. This kind of thing is very cheap... Some well placed money to some well placed thugs will take care of some smugness. |

Lol, BetCris has significant hardcore security, I would not recommend trying to go over there. They fubared the Customer service but I imagine they will credit your money. BKTUNA I am never going home |

Let's count your mistakes: 1: Depositing in a book before you find out that they accept wagers from the country you are in. 2: After first mistake, posting in the wrong place, post in therx or one of the many forums that deal with this. 3: You assume too fast that they will not pay you. I would bet you $1500 that you get it back. Cris has been around a long time and doesn't do that kinda stuff. 4: Being an ass to their CS personal 5 - 15:"How about I and some friends come down to your office......" OMG, just that statement alone counts for 10 mistakes. 16 - 36: "so would I be right to bring armed friends with me or even La Policia" Bzzzzzzz!!!! 20 mistakes, they have well armed security and more "friends" than you do with the "policia" 37: Many years ago they invented a way to avoid DOS attacks with a technique that is employed all over the world now. I could go on but that is enought f-up's you made already. |
