Anybody know if restaurant/disco Mar y Sombra and the other restaurant right on the beach 100 feet to the north owned by their nephew Memo, survived the wrecking ball/maritime zone clean up?

I saw a post on the other board Mar y Sombra was now closed. But, I was wondering if it and their nephew's were totally down. The City of Aguirre was out there with a back hoe last year and got half of Mar Y Sombra which made the front page of Diario but the owners got a last second reprieve on the rest of it.

Two greatest places on earth for you to eat and drink in the sand 100' from the surf of the best beach in Centro America.
