I was there in April and saw condos that were relatively new right down town. They were about a block off the main street right before you cross the bridge. Does anyone know the name of the place or the contact information? They were going to start a new development adjacent to this one. Thanks for your help |

Those may be the ones they had a posting about last year at Cocal Hotel. They had a big board listing all the apartments and about 80% of them were already sold. The cheapest ones (if I remember) were about $200k for a 1 bedroom and about $300k for a 2br. They looked nice, but ridiculous prices. Sorry I don't have a contact info. |
