any good ones in costa rica, any ideas on costs?? no I am serious i'm just wondering if any one has had it done down in cr and if they were happy with the results. and if so who was the doctor?? yes i Know i could exercise but i am lazy and although i have tried but bj don't get enough weight off my lard ass.... |

Even if you could find a Doc in CR that does this, your recovery time would be several weeks to a month. My brother had this done last year and it took 2 weeks before he could even walk or stand up. The bruising around the waist was almost unbelievable. You will be black and blue for several weeks and the Ticas would freak out if you had any sessions after surgery. I thought of doing this myself 10 years ago when I was 385 and counting but I finally went to Weight Watchers and lost two hundred pounds in just over a year. I almost break there record for the most pounds lost in a year. Yes, it wasn't easy but you will be amazed at how great you will feel within weeks of doing some walking and cutting back on food intake. Hope this helps and good luck. |
