Anyone know if mountain bikes are available for rental in Costa Rica?

Yes TP, there's several tours available...
I've read here about some guys doing one to or from Irazu some fairly radical trails down the mountain, but have no idea who it was, must have been in the trip reports...

i was thinking more like renting a couple of bikes for the week so I can ride when and where I want to bike. anything like this out there?

There's some steep trials in Jaco if you can get someone to drop you off at the top ) complete with a waterfall at the bottom to clean up with.

Where do I get the bikes!!

Have heard of two companies in CR who offer bike tours. While I am not familiar with their operations I would imagine that do expect everyone to bring their own bike and might rent them.
