It depends on the number of players.

yesterday we had 10 buyins of $53.

$500 went to the prize pool and $30 dollars went to the dealers, The Sportsmens provides the table as a courtesy to the group.


1st prize was $275
2nd prize was $135
3rd prize was $90

I leave the game for ONE WEEK and VB comes in and takes OVER. Whats that all about. In the past, I've had to contend with True Sportsman, BKTuna and Mark and NOW I've got to go up against the MASTER! This ain't fair! I suppose this means I can't even smoke at the table anymore? Damm!

I now know exactly which two players I will draw a seat in between, Certainly will be a more lively table with the "Vegas" contingent back together. :P :lol:

It's a great poker tourney and wish I had the extra to join in. However, that damn theme song from JAWS just keeps running through my head when I sit down at a table with you guys!! VegasBob played an incredible tourney. Too bad there wasn't a bounty being offered cause I know Ed knocked out at least five players including myself, Muffdiver and BKTuna!!!
BK, guess there isn't enough cash in the pot to do bounties is there??

Bounties would reduce the prize pool for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. It encourages aggresive play. I think the format and blind structure is working good as is.
