When it comes to guys who are chillin down here. You would be surprised at the the number of guys who are here because they have to be. Late night at the del rey brings them out. These guys have all kinds of stories. The old guys who are down here over gambling in the states take it differently because it used to be a misdemeanor if you got caught booking. I remember when there was a point when I had only met guys who had at least one pinch because from booking in the states. I remember them laughing about it because "if you have not been pinched then you are not really doing anything", is something one guy used to say to me...... Was such a nice guy......Old school guy from Brooklyn.....
