the big rapid in between the boulders past the Jungle lodge is the one that drowns people. they have spray painted level lines on the boulder to the right.

i would go with exploredores outdoors on a Pacaure river day trip.
costaricaexpeditions 50 bucks extra is alittle steep. Wonder what a
Deluxe breakfast is? they only detailed lunch?

this is the best 99 tour i've been on in any country i've been in.

I have to agree this is one of the best trips you can do. I did the Pacaure on Tuesday with Exploredores and it was a lot of fun. I guess there hasn't been as much rain this year as normal, so the river was kind of low acording to the guides and there were many more rocks exposed, but it was still a really good time and I thought it was well worth it.
