I am going against the trend here. I love American football. But I also love soccer. Soccer is a great game but it is completely enjoyed in different ways. American sports are controlled by coaches who make crucial decisions throughout the game with huddles timeouts etc. Soccer is the flow of the game.Most coaching is done prior. Only 3 subs are allowed for the entire game (including injuries). The game is completely about the players. It is about the constant flow and how the action never stops.

Total different appreciation and mindset to appreciate.

The flow and nonstop action is why it is called "the beautiful game"

Also go outside and have somebody knock you a ball 40 yds away touch it with you foot and have it come to a rest within 2 feet of your foot. You will look like a jackass and appreciate what the best of the best can do.

It is a great game it just must be appreciated in a different way.
