A Google Image Search turns it right up (and I've walked past it a couple of hundred times). It takes about 12-15 minutes (https://goo.gl/maps/cQftMfxS5Gr).

And no taxi driver will have a clue how to get there or will charge you $10 for a CRC 800 ride.
