Yeah, OK, this may be wack but is the following a "takeable" bet? over/under on the # of pass/pass-run plays negated by backfield penalties, in a weekend <<>> same for downfield penalties
Just suggesting the idea (if it doesn't already exist), not the execution or the mechanics.
