2011 Super Bowl Selections:

Gentlemen my NFL Record for the season on NFL Sides and totals was 69%. I’ve been in Vegas for the last 2-3 Days getting a feel for the game, the line movements, and the action. All I keep hearing is Green Bay. Not 1 person has mentioned Pittsburgh since I’ve been here. Either Green Bay Fans Travel in droves or everyone in their Mother is betting on the packers. With that said it makes it even more difficult for me to be on the “POPULAR SIDE” Not only that I was a Steelers Fan growing up in Southern PA, and it will be hard to root against my team.

I find this game to be difficult for a number of reasons. Pittsburg is built for Snow; Grass power football hit them when its opportunistic where is Green Bay is fast, furious and loves to go up and down the field. The total is right on where it should be and I expect a low scoring 1st half feeling out process followed by a more open 2nd half track meet forcing a late score to take the game over. I don’t think Pitt can run the field on Turf with Green Bay and if Aaron Rodgers is on this could get ugly. Couple that with Pitt’s couple of terrible games in Domes this year and not so great Turf record I tend to lean towards Green Bay and over here. Trust me this could be the total opposite as I have never been so unsure about an outcome in the last 9 years. Not to mention we have hit 6 out of the last 7 Super bowl Side and totals.

Bottom line enjoy it, have a party, have some drinks have some Ticas whatever makes you happy but this is not one of those Take it to the Bank Games.
