Hey guys,

This is Joey from the Horseshoe Casino located directly across from the Hotel Del Rey. I know we have a lot of CRT members playing poker at the Horseshoe already, but this announcement is to help spread the word to some of the members that have not had the pleasure of playing in the Horseshoe yet. We get started everyday at 3:00. We have several on going promotions to help supplement your bankroll and also to make the game more fun for our players. Some of the promotions we have are:

1. Progressive Jackpot Freeroll Tournament for the top 20 players with the most hours every month. Last month it was $2000, but this month it is already $2080 and we still have ten days left to build it. If your worried that you can't get enough hours in time, believe me it is still possible. Currently the player in 20th place only has 20 hours of play time. We offer double time hours between 3:30pm-5:30pm and 7:30pm-9:30pm. Remember, the more players we have playing everyday, the faster and higher the jackpot grows, so bring your friends.

2. Spin the Wheel: If you have four of a kind or better using two cards, then you get to spin the wheel. The wheel has many amounts in colones ranging from 5,000 to 100,000. Whatever it lands on, we pay you out that amount.

3. Several times a week we have random pot splashes of $50 or $100 dollars.

4. The first four players everyday that arrive before 3:30 and play til 6:30 will receive $25.

We offer a friendly room and do everything we can to accommodate our players. So, come on out to the Horseshoe and play some Texas Hold'em.

Joey,

Good to see you on the board buddy. We spoke last week a little bit about your tour over in Iraq. And I definitely like that wheel for the extra payout, I hit for 50k when I had a straight flush against that guy they call Cuba. Hope to play there again next trip. BTW, did they stop poker at the Colonial?

I remember that hand, he hit the nut flush right? Sick!!! Yeah man, we would love to see you when you come back down. As for the Colonial, they still have their game going. They moved it from upstairs in the Colonial to the smaller room in the same building as the Sleep Inn. They normally have a full table every night starting around 7:00 and I really love playing there when I have time. They do a great job running the room.

Joey,

What is the rake? Is there an added rake for the jackpot and promotions?

Last month's tournament was a great success. It was a freeroll for our 20 most frequent players with a prize pool of $3000. The winner was a member of the board and we congratulate him on his win. We just started the Progressive Tournament Jackpot for next month and it is already at $484 so come on out and get some hours so you can get some of this free money!!! Another new promotion we are doing is the five people with the most hours between 7pm and 11pm gets $5 per hour!!!

For now, HDR is your best bet for a game, but I have a feeling that once the Dunn Inn opens its poker room, that'll be the place to play.

BKT, will there be football games on in the poker room on Sat and Sun?
