I'm interested in hearing some opinions about these things. I've heard the "ice" crad is the best , but maybe someone knows of a better card to use while in Costa Rica. I have also had trouble reaching many people in Costa Rica while using a u.s. calling card and calling from the states. Everyone there seems to think that it's thier cell phone thats the problem. Is this true or is it more likely the local service? It's becoming more & more aggravating trying to keep in touch with my friends via phone. Any good suggestions? Thanks!
