Couldn't resist bumping this one. Still for sale 2-1/2 years later. Renovated in '07. Available adjacent development parcel. Price (hotel only)=$1.2 Million//Parcel=$850K--ask for package price. Jump on it, guys.

Just stayed there a few nights ago...Paradise it is not! :P 40 bucks a night. Working locks and hot water is extra... :shock: But if you want a cheap place to plow your skanky druggie who-uhs its within crawling distance of the BB. Disfruta! :P

PS...think its been sold at least once in the last 2 years...

This Hotel is without a doubt the worst place I have ever stayed. One small, used towel, ceiling fans that don't work, inadequate plumbing, disgusting!

On the bright side,,buy low when its a dump, then sell high!
