Just to clarify based on many curious PMs...yes, I and two other VIP members who shall remain anonymous at this point are partners in "La Mansion" www.ClubLaMansion.com . This huge project was taken on last fall and we are just finishing off final touches to assure that any gentlemen who want to be pampered in San Jose will have a wonderful experience. The website states most of the features, but I think the most alluring aspects of this hotel option are the service oriented staff who speak English, the bar and sportsbar are phenomenal, the outdoor and indoor room jacuzzis are custom built for your relaxation, and we have many hidden gems you will have to visit and be a member to experience. Another key is we are in a quiet safe neighborhood, yet only 4-5 minutes from the noise and craziness of gringo gulch. We are chica friendly, but we are not the Delrey. It is a classy, private club type atmosphere for gentlemen with discriminating tastes as well as a great place to do business from. Direct TV, wireless internet thoughout, and 19 cent international US calls make it a great place to operate from in San Jose. For now we accept credit card payments via paypal which you dont need a paypal account to use. Otherwise, wire transfers and western union are other acceptable forms of payment. OK...I have just received a phone call from my team at La Mansion in San Jose (I am currently in Panama City). Our licenses to open have been held up by the municipality and we are now not assured of opening legally this week. I apologize for the confusion and previous announcement. PLEASE STAY POSTED FOR OUR ACTUAL OPENING DATE. We hope and trust this can be worked out in the coming days, but no one seems to be able to tell me WHEN we will have this resolved including our attorney. Hopefully good things come to those who wait...and we truly cant wait to be able to offer this great location for your future stay in San Jose. Stay tuned here... |

All the best to your venture, Tman. IMO it is always good to have another rooming/dinning option other than those usual ones. I browsed through the site and have a question. What does that membership fee entitle us to ? And, as a member , can I bring guests to use the bar/restaurant ? |

Tman, I just took a look at the website. Very well done. Classy yet doesn't look stuffy. I've got an apartment in San Pedro and will come by when you are open and take a look. If it's as good as it looks on the website I will definitely recommend to clients, as I am never comfortable sending them to the Del Rey and Presidente. I wish you much success with this new venture. |
