I have been trying to fax the Del Rey the form they need prior to check in. The fax number I have is 011-506-221-0096. Anyone else ever have any problems faxing the form back to the Del Rey? Went to the local Kinko's which will let you make an international fax so I'm not sure what the problem is. The form is a credit card approval request form. Any other way around this if I can't get the fax to work?

I have the same fax number in my files. If you can't get it to go through, call them (toll free) at 1-888-972-7272. Talk to Susan in the reservations dept. She should be able to take your info over the phone, or give you a different fax number. Good luck.

I usually just fill out the booking form on their website and never had a problem. They usually confirm in a few hours with an E-Mail. Give that a shot. www.delreyhotel.com

Yes, I filled out that same form from the Del Rey website. In addition to that , they sent me an e-mail saying they need me to fill out a credit card authorization form which they sent to me which I printed and took to my local Kinko's. They can do an out of country fax at the Kinko's but the fax # I have for the Del Rey is not working. Also, the toll free # 1-888-972-7272 is a constant busy signal. I can't beleive nobody else has had this problem. Can anybody dial the 888 phone # and get through? How about you guys going down for the Super Bowl? Did the Del Rey request the credit card authorization form? If so, has anybody been able to fax them using the fax # 011-506-221-0096?

Have you ever stayed at the HDR before? If you have, they should already have your Credit Card info in their system. I've got 7 rooms reserved for SB weekend. When I called to book them, they looked up my name on the computer (as a prior customer). Then the woman on the phone asked me if she could use the same credit card information to hold my reservation. Of course I said "no problem".

This is the same way I've made reservations with the HDR on my past 3 trips. They just ask if they can use the same credit card info that they have on their system. I'm not sure why they're giving you a problem.

Thanks for asking Mikey, no this will be my first trip down so I guess this might be part of the problem. When you called them did you use the 1-888-972-7272 number? Whenever I call that number all I get is a busy signal.

OK, thanks to all for trying to help out. I think I have it all taken care of now. I had to go to a different place in town to send my fax and it went through.
