Presidente, Balmoral & Gran Via are all on Avenida Central, Del Rey, Morazan & Gran Hotel Costa Rica are 1 block off Avenida Central. Gran Hotel Costa Rica is not chica friendly at all & I think Balmoral has a chica fee. |

Last I heard Balmoral was either $20 or $25 for chica fee. Cheapest of the group would be the Morazon. I think they are $39/night + tax. They might have a $5 chica fee but I have never paid it. |

Actually the cheapest of the group is the Hotel Gran Via. You can usually negotiate a rate of $40.00/night or less. That includes taxes and a full american breakfast. NO CHICA FEE EVER. Draw back is it is popular with older gringo who tend to book extended stays and many times the hotel will be full when you want a room. |

Hotel Presidente VIP CRT membership $40 a room... that's what i paid. no chica fee, free breakfast and the best view in town. |

That is the Presidente rate for a CRT member (do not need to be VIP) for a studio. With tax it is actually $46.55. |

Yes the Gran Via has in room safes however they are not large enough to accommodate a lap top. |
