I believe so, all the rooms in New Wing have A/C.

I was in the older extension of the casa last nov. There was no AC but, the good thing is that the nights in SJO were actually kind of chilly during my stay. I suspect that most of year in SJO a ceiling fan would be enough. Unless you're from Fla, people from FLA is use to ac being on all the time.

I was very concerned about ac. I went in October stayed in the old part never needed it. I stayed in Las Palmas in December (new wing) the room had ac. I never turned it on. I think the only place you would use it might be the second floor in the new wing.
