Hi Guys

This is one of the best boards I have come across (hobby wise)... I am planning my first trip to SJO (March 2006) and this is a question for those of you based in europe - I am looking for any tips on flight to SJO any info on cheap routes or airlines?

I have many friends who come from England and travel here via Madrid using Air Madrid or Iberia and they say its the cheapest way..

Besides Martinair and Iberia, check out Condor (German). I believe they have flights originating in Europe and going to CR after stopping in Orlando. They used to fly into Tampa before continuing on to CR, but that route ended in 2000.
