Has anyone stayed at the Flamingo Marina Resort in Flamingo and are they Chica Friendly??

Hi BlueMarlin,
I've stayed at the Flamingo Marina Resort Hotel and the Flamingo Beach Resort Hotel several times. I've never paid a chica fee. Plus.....the only Monger Bar in town is right next to the Flamingo Marina Hotel. I mean, literally about 20 paces, but no chica's arrive until around 9 p.m. The place is called "Amberes".
